"What have you done?", asked the boy.

"Nothing, i was just being honest... Honestly, i didn't do anything wrong...," answered the man.

"Well, you're wrong. You DID something wrong."

"What....?" The man looked puzzled.

"Well, honesty is one thing. It is good, but sometimes it's not. And they said that honesty should be rewarded.
In your case, reward is something out of the question!" The boy seemed like he was trying his best to control his anger.

"You were the one who told me to be honest. To myself, to others!" The man started to raise his voice.

"But you don't have to hurt her with your so-called honesty. You've done a great deal of pain by breaking up with her.
Why did you make it worse by telling her it was because you fell in love with her best friend?!"

"I... I...."

You're too much of a fool, bro...," the boy said while turning around and walking away.

The boy left the man, who tried his best to hide his pain. The pain of losing everything all at once.
A lover, a brother, and a girl who chose another man despite their once-so-passionate affair.

*inspired by a true story*
